NEW INSTALLATION FOR SURREY PRIMARY CARE TRUST

Congratulations to Jon Terzza, New Contracts Manager, for securing a new standby generator installation at New Epsom & Ewell Community Hospital & Polar's Day Hospital.

Achieved through the Surrey Primary Care Trust P & I delivered, installed and commissioned a 60kVA super silent generator including a fuel tank, all civil works and a feeder pillar to transfer the power over two buildings.

Jon Terzza says "This is such a prestigious contract for P & I, it really shows that we are considered with high regard when it comes to the responsibility of providing power to important organisations and all customers alike."

We were required to attend a pre-contract meeting where it was agreed we would provide a hire generator while the ordered set was in production. In the meantime concrete plinths were built for the generator and fuel tank to be situated in a specially fenced off area.

The project started in the first week of August 2011 and after the commissioning all staff on site will be trained in the operation of the generator.
