P & I'S PROGRESS GENERATES MOVE!

P & I have made the leap into a larger home after enjoying strong growth in the run up to our 10th anniversary in business and we are celebrating in style with a move to fresh premises in Dakota Business Park, Havant, from September 8, 2008. The Business Park is already 60% occupied of its premises by expanding companies, and P & I's new 2993 sq ft unit is the latest addition to its swelling ranks of businesses.

Co-director Paul Terzza said: "As a rapidly growing company we needed the additional space. Our continued success has meant that we have now outgrown our previous two units in Waterlooville." P & I holds long-term contracts with Morrison Utility Services and Southern Water, as well as catering for established facilities including the Spinnaker Tower and football clubs such as Portsmouth and Queens Park Rangers.

The purpose-built offices have state-of-the-art computer and telephone systems. This cutting edge technology will aid client communication and general customer relations. Dakota Business Park is located one mile from Havant town centre and the main railway station.
